Heh-heh-he-HEY…

May 14, 2008

Something to tell your (teenaged) son just before his bedtime… Pulled this out of the middle of a thread on Metafilter, somewhat paraphrased.

A man and his son are walking through the deep forest. The boy looks up and says timidly,
“It’s getting dark, Daddy. I’m scared.”

The man looks down and replies,
“Scared? How do you think I feel? I’ve got to walk out of this forest alone.”

    Bwaaaahahahah!

Reminds me of my childhood gerbils, Bonnie & Clyde. They had babies…until Clyde ate them.

Clyde got his due; he died a slow lingering death from a huge tumor that grew relentlessly out of his chest.

Ah, I learned so much from my childhood pet experiences…
