Not Always Awful

Okay, sure, two posts in one day… I know, it’s a break from tradition, but I can’t resist recommending Not Always Right, a collection of user-submitted “Funny & Stupid Customer Stories” (it says here), specifically because the customers may not always be right, but sometimes they’re awesome—these are not just horror stories about customer service. Quite a few of them are touching, happy, endearing tales of customers and service staff doing the right thing. As a service worker of various sorts myself, this gives me joy as well as schadenfreude.
